| The following are a few guide-lines to assist you in planning your event. |
| NOTE:When appetizers are the Main Menu a 20% Surcharge will be added Plus 18% gratuity and 6% state tax. |
| Menu Selection: |
| Menu selections must be confirmed at least one week in advance of event. |
| Special Menu Requests: |
| The restaurant can accomodate special dietary with a 72 hour advance notice. Children's menu are available. |
| Deposits: |
| A minimal deposit of $100.00 is needed to secure your function date at our facility. Deposits are subtracted from your final bill. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. |
| Final Payment: |
| Method of final payment will be determined prior to confirmation of your reservation. |
| Service Charges: |
| The state sales tax (6%) and service charge (18%) will be applied to all purchases upon billing. Total of 24%. |
| Food & Beverage Policy: |
| No food or beverage may be brougt into or removed from the restaurant. Wedding cakes may be exempt from the policy. |
